We offer two Delivery options. Regular Deliver, which takes up to 72 hours for delivery and Next Day delivery which is up to 24 hours. In both Delivery option, our representative will get in touch with you via email/text/phone to confirm the delivery address and time. The delivery time will be within in a window of 3 hours, which will be communicated to our customers in advance.

There is no return of Meat product once delivered. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us or calling us directly at (647) 515-MEAT. All orders go for processing after the 2 hours period to our Meat vendors/Suppliers. Please keep in mind that every order is very specific in weight and cutting instructions, and cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of order placement as they are in processing stage.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order is placed. We will also keep you informed via email, text of phone (Depending on your preference or special instruction) with an update of your delivery date and time (3 hours window)
